1: HOA to provide a clear explanation of why Irrigation costs increased from $5.4 million in to $11.6 million today.
2: Select cost-effective solutions by collaborating with an advisory group of expert consultants.
3: Have a qualified, independent third party review all bids, budgets, and project plans to ensure the fair market value.
4: Prioritize needs vs. wants and then properly allocate funds.
5: Share above process and recommended results with homeowners and stakeholders.
6: Provide Homeowners with detailed project plan, scope, budget and timeline BEFORE the next vote.
